HOW IT MOVES
The tax is a function of how fast the pool is being sold into. The schedule is fixed in the contract and nobody can change it but read the founder controls below before you assume the rest is autonomous.

Two overrides sit above the clock: any sell at or over the threshold pays 9.99% whatever the timer says, and the very first sell of the token does too. TIER1_WINDOW and BUYBACK_TRIGGER are both 15, so the second the top tier expires is the same second a buyback unlocks.
FOUNDER CONTROLS
- Buybacks are triggered, not automatic. Only the founder can call
triggerBuyback(). The hook still enforces every timing and amount condition on chain regardless of who calls it, so the founder can decide when, never how much beyond the formula. - One adjustable dial.
vaultPctsets how big a slice of the vault each buyback may spend. Founder-only, hard-capped at 50% byMAX_VAULT_PCT. Every change emitsVaultPctUpdated. - Emergency sweep.
FlyWheel(to)lets the founder move 100% of the vault’s USDC, ARCC and native balance out in one call. It emitsFlyWheelActivated, and this page shows that event in the live feed if it ever fires. updateHook(address)is founder-only and unrestricted, so the vault can be aimed at a different contract at any time after which buybacks, burns and funding all route through whatever that contract does. It emitsHookSet.
